We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased at Higher Learning Supply Company, LLC does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Items with a gift receipt may be returned within 30 days for a merchandise credit or exchange. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and have all the original tags attached. Within 30 days, products may be returned to our location at 325 Pleasant Street Concord, NH 03301. Before shipping a product to us for return processing, please call 603-229-4789 for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Our hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
Exceptions for Special Product Categories:
Non-returnable personal care products: For reasons of consumer protection and health codes, certain personal care products may not be returned. These items include, without limitation: clothing*, slippers*, socks*, toothbrushes, nail clippers, hair brushes, razors, trimmers, epilators and earbuds*. Unopened earbuds and slippers in original packaging that have not been used may be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
*Excludes unused slippers in original packaging, unopened earbuds, and unworn/unwashed clothing with the original tags attached, which may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned.
Any discounted or clearance merchandise may not be returned.
IMPORTANT: Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that:
- Are weather damaged.
- Are not maintained per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Have been used commercially.
- Have cut wiring or damaged components.
- Have missing pieces or parts.
IMPORTANT: Shipping a product to us for return that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization risks forfeiture of product.
Higher Learning Supply Company, LLC reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policies.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
